Each of Hope for the Children Foundation’s programs has been conceptualized by Caroline and implemented by an amazing team of 30 dedicated social workers and teachers. Her program, “Shiksha ki Asha” has been recognized by The Education Department of Talegaon Dabhade where the program has created a wonderful impact in the community. As a member of UN Global Compact, Caroline believes that together we can end poverty and hunger in all forms by providing equitable opportunities and ensuring inclusive quality education to promote lifelong learning for all.
Caroline is an active member of the Campaign against Child Labour (CACL) and Action for Rights of Children (ARC) where she advocates against child Labour & fights for the rights of children and woman.

Caroline is a humanitarian, a life coach, social entrepreneur, and educationist. She is the founder and CEO of Hope for the Children Foundation a non-profit organization that was founded in the year 2006.
Over the last decade, Caroline and her team at Hope for the Children Foundation have touched and changed the lives of more than a lakhs of children and women under various developmental projects.
She has brought to life her vision of a sustainable world through holistic programs that aim to develop the Body, Mind, and Soul. She defines her work as the mission of her life and believes that everything she does is an extension of her core beliefs and spirituality.
She is a Certified Career Counsellor and a Co-Active Certified coach by the UK Coaches Training Institute and holds an expert certification from the law school IAML on The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 also known as "POSH act".
